These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TopLocalAI, LLC ("Company", "we", "us"), a company registered in Delaware, USA. By accessing our website or subscribing to our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Subscription, Billing & Delivery
Service Description & Access
We provide a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform offering AI tools and downloadable applications. Access is granted immediately upon successful payment. Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind.
Auto-Renewal & Cancellation
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refund & Dispute Policy
We offer a 14-day refund policy specifically for technical defects that prevent the software from functioning. Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds for "change of mind." If you encounter issues, please contact support@localai.top before initiating a dispute.
2. Usage & Intellectual Property
License Grant
- Non-exclusive, non-transferable license
- For personal or internal business use
- No resale or redistribution of binaries
- Ownership remains with TopLocalAI, LLC
Prohibited Activities
- No reverse engineering or decompiling
- No generating illegal/harmful content
- No sharing account credentials
- Compliance with all applicable US laws
